I was born and grew up in Fairmont, MN. I graduated from DMLC. I taught at Oakfield, WI, for three years until I married and had a family. I also taught for seven years at Wisconsin Lutheran School in Racine. I am currently the office manager.

I am married to Larry Moldenhauer, who is a process engineer at Daimler-Chrysler in Kenosha. We have four children: Phil, Paul, Amy, and David. We're members of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Kenosha.

We enjoy boating, spending time outside, attending sporting events, traveling, and getting together with family and friends.
